Her name is Bella, my Italian Greyhound
For two years, Simon worked in a home that I managed, providing therapeutic services for kids. He was so much more than a children's therapist; he played a crucial role in supporting the development of the staff team, enabling us to create a truly trauma-informed environment for care experienced children and enhancing children's mental health.
I have worked with Simon for a number of years. He is an amazing therapist with exceptional training, particularly in providing therapeutic services for kids. Simon brings a unique approach to engaging care experienced children and young people, supporting their children's mental health and helping them reach their full potential. He is therapeutic at heart, and is someone you want on your team when working with children who communicate through challenging behaviours.
Very appropriate, interesting, relevant, and engaging. All companies should include this in their training, especially when addressing the needs of care experienced children and supporting children's mental health. Simon has great knowledge and skill in providing therapeutic services for kids, making him a valuable asset.
The home achieved consecutive Ofsted 'outstanding' ratings. Simon played a central role not only in helping us achieve these ratings but also in creating a fun and safe environment for four care experienced children. His efforts have been instrumental in supporting children's mental health and enhancing the therapeutic services for kids offered at the home.
